Dubai launches "Gulf Real State Award" to encourage innovation

"Dubai real estate Institute" announced, the educational arm of the Dubai land department and "Awards International" Launching the second edition of the Gulf Property Award which targets all companies operating in the real estate sector in the Gulf region, this award comes to promote innovative best practices followed by real estate developers, brokers, management of facilities, engineering and legal services, contractors and consultants.

"The Gulf" broadcast about Mahmoud El Borai, Chief executive officer of Dubai Real Estate Institute saying: "This award is of paramount importance given the fact that the Dubai land is regulated and supervised, As well as the use of elite experts and specialists in the fields of the prize to form a high-level arbitration committee and enjoys the highest levels of integrity, transparency within the standards based on the results and through this award, we aim to promote a culture of competition between companies".
